The Advanced Phase Noise Measurement Tool Kit is activated through Spike™ and requires a separate purchase with an annual renewal or a perpetual license. Spike™ version 4.0.4 or later is required for operation of this tool kit. This license is compatible with all Signal Hound spectrum analyzer models.
