Expanded development and features bring next-level analysis to your phase noise testing applications. Perform reliable phase noise testing with core features including automatic signal search, spur rejection, peak tracking and more.

Access improved phase noise testing with a single Signal Hound device and this licensed software. The Advanced Phase Noise Measurement Tool Kit is activated through Spike™ and requires a separate purchase with an annual renewal or a perpetual license. Spike™ version 4.0.4 or later is required for operation of this tool kit. This license is compatible with all Signal Hound spectrum analyzer models.
